Breakfast

Just wanted to share a little recipe that I use to eat for breakfast after my fruit salad
Since I have gluten intolerance I can't eat wheat so  when I don't  make a gluten free bread I use rice cakes
I eat that with coconut oil and tahini with honey, its so delicious that it dissolves in my mouth as I eat! 
Try it!

Also sesame seeds are known for elevate the number of plaquetes in the blood! It boost the immune system and is very healthy for you, way better than butter or margarine! Read more about the sesame seeds and its benefits here:
