According to your faith

Today is the 27th and I opened my bible in Matthew 9 and read verse 27. It talks about two blind men crying out loud for help to be healed by Jesus and in verse 29 Jesus said:
"29 Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you."

So I started to look in the concordance for that and found the same story in Matthew 20:30,31
Mark 10:47,48
Luke18:38,39

It's all about faith! According to your faith let it be done unto you...I have been asking, crying and pleading with God for a new heart, and a new spirit over the last 6 years since I was baptized and was born again! It's a daily battle against my will asI struggle to do God's will. The answer for that prayer is in Ezequiel 36:26"26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh." This is God speaking and I must trust, have faith because I know that His word is true.

I also read:
"Every individual has a life distinct from all others, and an experience differing essentially from theirs. God desires that our praise shall ascend to Him, marked by our own individuality."( Desire of Ages, Ellen White)

"It is not enough to believe about Christ; we must believe in Him. The only faith that will benefit us is that which embraces Him as a personal Saviour; which appropriates His merits to ourselves. Many hold faith as an opinion. Saving faith is a transaction by which those who receive Christ join themselves in covenant relation with God. Genuine faith is life. A living faith means an increase of vigor, a confiding trust, by which the soul becomes a conquering power. "– {DA 347.1}

When the ten lepers came to Jesus for healing, He bade them go and show themselves to the priest. On the way they were cleansed, but only one of them returned to give Him glory. The others went their way, forgetting Him who had made them whole. How many are still doing the same thing! The Lord works continually to benefit mankind. He is ever imparting His bounties. He raises up the sick from beds of languishing, He delivers men from peril which they do not see, He commissions heavenly angels to save them from calamity, to guard them from “the pestilence that walketh in darkness” and “the destruction that wasteth at noonday” (Psalm 91:6); but their hearts are unimpressed. He has given all the riches of heaven to redeem them, and yet they are unmindful of His great love. By their ingratitude they close their hearts against the grace of God. Like the heath in the desert they know not when good cometh, and their souls inhabit the parched places of the wilderness. – {DA 348.1}

I must remember to thank God daily for all His benefits. Though sometimes being a mom, wife and the teacher in the house can be hard I must remember that God is working in my children's heart and in my own heart, He's molding us for His kingdom I must wait and have faith in Him.

"It is for our own benefit to keep every gift of God fresh in our memory. Thus faith is strengthened to claim and to receive more and more. There is greater encouragement for us in the least blessing we ourselves receive from God than in all the accounts we can read of the faith and experience of others. The soul that responds to the grace of God shall be like a watered garden. His health shall spring forth speedily; his light shall rise in obscurity, and the glory of the Lord shall be seen upon him. Let us then remember the loving-kindness of the Lord, and the multitude of His tender mercies. Like the people of Israel, let us set up our stones of witness, and inscribe upon them the precious story of what God has wrought for us. And as we review His dealings with us in our pilgrimage, let us, out of hearts melted with gratitude, declare, “What shall I render unto the Lord for all His benefits toward me? I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the Lord. I will pay my vows unto the Lord now in the presence of all His people.” Psalm 116:12-14. – {Desire of Ages p.348.2}

After breakfast and our chores were done we went to the library and then to downtown, we saw some clothes and Lissa really liked one dress
Today is the cleaning day so we must have lunch soon and then get ready to start helping at the house with cleaning. Logan must vacuum upstairs today while Larissa will do downstairs. Washed the towels and a few dark clothes... It's hard since here in England the rental houses doesn't have a drying machine, neither a dish washer, so I have to hang the clothes all over the house :/ and its not so neat but I'm thankful for the washer machine at least and its on the kitchen.

Got to go and get some food for us.
