June 10- Monday- A wake up call

It's 5:15 in the morning and I have so much to be thankful for already!!
At 3:15am I heard my son's bedroom door closing which means he was awake or which means that it was a " wake up call" for me from God! After my husband checked on my son I decided to wake up  and drink some water, use the toilet and go see my son! As I got in the room he was sleeping! I tugged him in and started to read from my iPhone a devotional!
At 3:55am the birds started on their morning symphony praising God for a new day. Here in England 4am is daytime and still at 10pm is daylight. I read an encouraging email from a dear friend and then I decided to go downstairs and read my bible and here's what I want to share with you:

My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death” (Matthew 26:38).... – {AG 169.4}
The divine Son of God was fainting, dying. The Father sent a messenger from His presence to strengthen the divine Sufferer and brace Him to tread the bloodstained path. Could mortals have viewed the amazement and the sorrow of the angelic host as they watched in silent grief the Father separating His beams of light, love, and glory from the beloved Son of His bosom, they would better understand how offensive sin is in His sight. – {AG 169.5}

2 Co 4:6->" For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ."
There's no other way for man's salvation. "Without me" says Christ, "ye can do nothing". Through Christ and Christ alone, the springs of life can vitalise man's nature, transform his tastes, and set his affections flowing toward heaven.

None of us liveth to himself.” The character will manifest itself. The looks, the tone of the voice, the actions,—all have their influence in making or marring the happiness of the domestic circle. They are molding the temper and character of the children; they are inspiring or tending to destroy confidence and love. All are made either better or worse, happy or miserable, by these influences. We owe our families the knowledge of the word brought into practical life. All that it is possible for us to be to purify, enlighten, comfort, and encourage those connected with us in family relation should be done. – {7T 50.2}( Ellen White)

Revelation 3:1 at the end of the verse says: ..."I know that thou hast a name that thou livest and art dead. "
How many have fallen because they trusted in their profession for salvation! How many are lost by their effort to keep up a name! If one has the reputation of being a successful evangelist, a gifted preacher, a man of prayer, a man of faith, a man of special devotion, there is positive danger that he will make a shipwreck of faith when tried by the little tests that God suffers to come. Often his great effort will be to maintain his reputation.
 He who lives in the fear that others do not appreciate his value is losing sight of Him who alone makes us worthy of glorifying God. Let us be faithful stewards over ourselves. Let us look away from self to Christ. Then there will be no trouble at all. All the work done, however excellent it may appear to be, is worthless if not done in the love of Jesus. One may go through the whole round of religious activity, and yet, unless Christ is woven into all that he says and does, he will work for his own glory. ( Letter 48, 1903, Ellen White)

What is a Christian?
Philippians 1:21->" For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. "
This is the most perfect interpretation in a few words, in all the Scriptures, of what it means to be a Christian.
When the apostle Paul, through the revelation of Christ, was converted from a persecutor to a Christian, he declared that he was as one born out of due time. Henceforward Christ was all and in all to him. His words show that his mind was one with Christ and was centered in Christ, that his whole life was bound up with his Lord. Christ was the author, the support, and the source of his life. ( RH oct, 19, 1897, Ellen White)

Live in the sunshine of the Saviour's love. Then your influence will bless the world. Let the Spirit of Christ control you. Let the law of kindness be ever on your lips. Forbearance and unselfishness mark the words and actions of those who are born again, to live the new life in Christ.(7T 50.1)
Besides the teachings that God has given me this morning and for this I praise Him only,
here are two songs that the words are very meaningful and have a very good message and inspires me everytime I hear it:

This girls are from my church or the church I used to go in Florida, USA. I miss you all!!

"Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth." 3John 1:2

At 7:00am sure enough were this two awake:
Making my mornings a delight! And sometimes a happy noisy delight jumping here and there!!
Now after the kids devotionals and prayer it's time to prepare breakfast:
My fruit salad in 3 stages:
Stage 1 half pomegranate, 2 plums and a few strawberries, cherries and grapes
Now stage 2 add 1 big apple shredded
 And stage 3 crush some nuts in the food processor I used almonds and walnuts and one ripe banana:
Mix all together and is ready
Now is family worship time, before breakfast!
After worship and breakfast instead of helping to clean up they are playing!!
So lets go for a walk before we start homeschool and washing dishes, just today

So grateful for God's creations! Look at this tiny flower!
And yet is so colorful

We are learning about insects and here's the perfect piece we needed! Just found it:
Curious eyes:
So far we have learned that an insect body has 3 parts: head, thorax and abdomen. This week we are leaning about the head of an insect. They have from 2 to 5 compound eyes and the head is divided in 3 sections that looks like one. Tomorrow we will learn more about it.
