Lunch/Dinner
We had baked green beans today, brown rice and millet with tomato sauce!
Just sharing another recipe so you can have an idea of a healthy and colorful meal and its quite easy to make it too.
For the green beans I just used some olive oil, salt and nutritional yeast also some garlic powder;
Millet= 1 cup of millet for 3 cups of water let it cook for 15-20 min
Tomato sauce= lots of tomatoes and onions let it cook for 20 min and is ready
Brown rice no secret just cook it.
