Fall on the Rock!

I read it this morning: "When we begin to realize that we are sinners, and fall on the Rock to be broken, the everlasting arms are placed about us, and we are brought close to the heart of Jesus. HOMESCHOOL- CHEERFULNESS

A cheerful face And a cheerful smile Found some camomile flowers on the way to downtown. We learned that with our friend Ana.  Nice job Logan and Larissa! They're sure cheerful this week!  To go with our lesson this week we ate some sweet, sour, salt and bitter food Grapefruit for bitter, lemon, honey and salt.  We were getting ready to travel on Friday.  So we did the clean up day on Thursday and on Thursday we had a day off at the discovery Center in Bracknell! It was fun

Lunch/Dinner

We had baked green beans today, brown rice and millet with tomato sauce!  Just sharing another recipe so you can have an idea of a healthy and colorful meal and its quite easy to make it too.  For the green beans I just used some olive oil, salt and nutritional yeast also some garlic powder; Millet= 1 cup of millet for 3 cups of water let it cook for 15-20 min  Tomato sauce= lots of tomatoes and onions let it cook for 20 min and is ready Brown rice no secret just cook it.  Enjoy

Just wanted to share a little recipe that I use to eat for breakfast after my fruit salad Since I have gluten intolerance I can't eat wheat so  when I don't  make a gluten free bread I use rice cakes I eat that with coconut oil and tahini with honey, its so delicious that it dissolves in my mouth as I eat!  Try it! Also sesame seeds are known for elevate the number of plaquetes in the blood! It boost the immune system and is very healthy for you, way better than butter or margarine!
